The nearest exit to the motorway is the A-390, via Medina road, to take different detours.
La Playa de la Barrosa, Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz) is located approximately 12 km from the accommodation.

IMPORTANT
- The owners will be responsible for maintaining the lawn daily at a mutually agreed time, and the pool water.
- The pool's filtration system is automatic at night, so please do not leave floats in the pool during those hours.
- Parties and violations of community rules are prohibited.
- Bath towels cannot be taken outside the house, nor used in the pool area.
- No pets allowed due to allergies.
- MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 5 people, please inform us to add an extra bed to any of the rooms.
- The corridor in the parking area from the entrance gate to the interior of the plot is not fenced.
- Access to the property will be possible from 6:00 PM onwards and you will have until 11:00 AM to vacate.

Contract according to LAU (seasonal lease).
